      The park service has been plowing roads for a month now.  Cars are prohibited beyond Lake McDonald Lodge presently.  After about 3pm, when the plow crews are done for the day, it is legal to bike up to the Loop.
60 degrees and sunny today.  Great biking weather.  I did a long run yesterday, so wasn’t ready for the 26 mile RT up to the Loop, but settled for a ride to Avalanche, roughly 11 miles RT.  Saw maybe 8 other cyclists and about 10 hikers.
Just a handful of people around.  So incredibly pretty.  Crack open a Cold Smoke and enjoy the view.
